CDOC POLICIES, TERMS & CONDITIONS

Outside our normal business hours, please leave your name and daytime phone number so we may return your call promptly. We do not use an outside order processing service since many of the products we sell require technical expertise - when you call CDOC you will talk with one of our experienced and knowledgeable staff members.
GIFT CERTIFICATES:
Gift certificates are available online or by telephone. We will issue gift certificates at $25, $50 ,
$100 or higher denominations. Gift certificates are redeemable for merchandise only, and cannot be
redeemed for cash.
PAYMENT:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, checks drawn on US banks, cash, money orders, and Bank Wire
Transfers. Orders prepaid by check require 10 business days processing time. We do not ship C.O.D. orders
placed on the website. We are not accepting international credit card orders from new customers. Wire transfers
are the preferred payment method for international orders. There is a $15.00 service charge for wire transfers.
Our current policy requires payment in advance from any new customer.
PRICES/TAX:
All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. CDOC is not responsible for any
typographical errors. All taxes payable shall be paid by buyer, added to the price quoted, and remitted to the
proper taxing authority, unless an exemption certificate is provided in accordance with applicable law.
SHIPPING:
CDOC cannot be responsible for shipping errors. Within 48 hours of receipt of each shipment, any shortage,
wrong parts, concealed damage, etc., must be reported and pre-authorized for return by a CDOC salesperson.
Shipping charges on all returns must be prepaid. Products returned collect will not be accepted. Normal shipping
is via UPS ground. Overnight, 2-day and 3-day delivery services are available. Please check with us for availability
of Saturday delivery service in your area. A street address is required for shipping - shipments cannot be delivered
to a P.O. Box. USPS only will deliver to Military APO/FPO boxes. Freight charges are calculated at time of shipment
and are included in your invoice. Most orders placed by 4:00 PM EST are shipped the same day.
BACKORDERS:
While most items are in stock for immediate shipment, occasionally an item will be backordered and shipped when
available. Please contact us promptly if you wish to cancel a backorder.
REFUSED ORDERS:
All refused orders are subject to a 20% restocking charge. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs
for returning a refused order.
DAMAGE OR SHORTAGE CLAIMS:
Please check your order carefully against our packing list on receipt of the shipment, and notify us of any missing
items within two (2) business days. You must initiate claims for damaged merchandise directly with the delivering
carrier. Retain ALL packing materials and contact the carrier immediately. Each shipment from CDOC is fully insured
by the carrier and all claims must be made through them. CDOC is not obligated to initiate or handle damage claims
for you.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Please contact a CDOC sales representative to report any shortage, wrong parts, concealed damage, etc. after
receiving your shipment, and prior to returning any merchandise. All returns must have a Return Authorization
Number showing on the return shipping label or they will be refused by our receiving department. Pack your return
so items will not be damaged during shipment. Returns must be shipped prepaid (no CODs will be accepted) and should
be insured. Returns must be in original boxes, in new, undamaged, unmodified and resalable condition. We will
exchange, refund, or issue a store credit for returned items resalable as new. No returns will be accepted more than
30 days after date of invoice. Special order items are NOT returnable.
IF WE MAKE AN ERROR:
CDOC may issue a call tag for goods shipped in error. Subject to our return and exchange policy above, replacements
will be sent upon our receipt of the incorrect items. Shipping will be at our expense, per the shipping method of the
original order. If replacements are required before items can be returned, you will be charged for the replacement
item, and a credit or refund (without penalty) will be issued upon receipt for the incorrect goods.
NO OBLIGATION TO STOCK SPARE OR REPLACMENT PARTS:
CDOC reserves the right to discontinue or modify any line or type of product at any time without liability except to
refund any sums already paid by Buyer for the undelivered portion of such products. CDOC has no obligation to stock or
supply replacements or parts for the products it sells.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER:
CDOC offers no warranties either express or implied on any items. Defects caused by misuse or items not used for
the intended purposes are not covered. CDOC's liability is limited to replacement or refund of items purchased and
does not include labor and/or installation charges. CDOC reserves the right to refuse any request for refund at
anytime for any customers. All replacements are determined by the manufacturers warranty terms and conditions.
Motorsport and off-road driving is inherently dangerous and may result in serious injury or death. CDOC explicitly disclaims any warranty of merchantability and any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. CDOC disclaims any responsibility for any claims or damages of any kind resulting from parts used for off-road or racing purposes. The purchaser of these parts assumes all responsibility and should comply with all local, state, and federal laws. CDOC's liability is limited to replacement or refund of items purchased and does not include labor and/or installation charges. CDOC reserves the right to refuse returns. All warranties comply with manufacturers warranty terms and conditions.
